Returns & Refunds
Every item in the Frankie B’s Reggae Session shop is printed on demand just for you by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or change of mind — please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Email frankie@frankiebreggaesession.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost in transit
If your package is lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we’ll ship a replacement.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
